Organized by the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI), this competition was more than just a culinary showdown; it was a test of resource management, effective communication, and quick decision-making – all essential components of leadership development.
The Challenge: Mastering Limited Resources:

Participants dived into the challenge of working with limited ingredients. This pushed them to understand their communication patterns and adapt their strategies on the fly. The event became a unique platform for honing creativity, negotiation skills, and quick decision-making – qualities crucial for aspiring leaders.

The panel of judges, consisting of Mr. Sumitab, owner of 2D, and Mr. Kanmani, Project Associate and Food Enthusiast from Art Studio, evaluated the dishes based on presentation and taste.
