The Up & Close Mobile Photography Competition and Exhibition was held at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar (IITGN). The theme of the competition was “Humans of IITGN” and the goal was to showcase the diverse perspectives and experiences of the IITGN community through photography
446 votes were received from the IITGN community, who viewed the exhibition and provided valuable feedback on the photographs on display. The winner of the competition was Entry No 18, by Anuj Prakash Kushwaha, with a second prize being awarded to Entry No 17, by Nandam Hemanth Kumar. Third prize won by Entry No 03, by Amitesh Sabut.
The exceptional photographs on display ignited thoughts on different perspectives on the life in and of IITGN, making the exhibition an engaging and thought-provoking experience for all who attended.
The IITGN community expressed their appreciation for the organization and setup of the exhibition and provided feedback through a feedback form. The results of the feedback will be used to improve future exhibitions and events hosted by IITGN.
