LDI, IIT Gandhinagar is organizing a 5-day residential training, “Nurturing Future Leadership Program” (NFLP), under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP), which aims to engage educators in centrally funded institutions in a holistic leadership development experience. NFLP aims to develop faculty at different levels, particularly at the early stage of careers, to create a pool of potential leaders for generational transition. Faculty challenges are unique depending on whether they interface with students, faculty, administration, or society.  NFLP at IIT Gandhinagar is designed to equip faculty with the necessary skills for perceptive and strategic thinking through role-playing, case studies, debates, panel discussions, and outdoor activities. The program is fully funded by the Ministry of Education, GoI. IIT Gandhinagar will arrange for boarding and lodging of participants, however, the travel costs of the participants shall be borne by the respective institutes. Institutes can nominate two faculty members from your institute for the program.
